These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and aeb365 ("aeb365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aeb365 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related services accessible at https://aeb365.org (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Service and close your aeb365 account. aeb365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the individual, password-protected account registered by a Player on the aeb365 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's aeb365 Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-withdrawable promotional balance granted to a Player by aeb365 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer table, crash game, or sports betting market made available through the aeb365 platform.
• "Platform" means the aeb365 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at https://aeb365.org.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on a Game through the aeb365 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the aeb365 Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by aeb365 policy.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the aeb365 platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction; (d) not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of aeb365 or any of its affiliated game providers; and (e) not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. aeb365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. aeb365 may use technical means including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to enforce this rule. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances derived from bonus activity forfeited.

3. Account Management & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aeb365 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your Account. aeb365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You must notify aeb365 support immediately upon becoming aware, or having reason to suspect, that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. aeb365 may temporarily freeze an Account while an investigation is conducted.

aeb365 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Account holder is suspected of fraudulent activity; the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aeb365 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aeb365 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at aeb365's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times will be communicated on the cashier page of your Account. aeb365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply its own charges for which aeb365 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account. aeb365 may require full Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. aeb365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods.

aeb365 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal request has not met the applicable wagering requirements for any associated bonus funds.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, aeb365 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: the wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted), minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses on aeb365 is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. For combined deposit-plus-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the total of the deposit and bonus amounts combined. Wagering on live dealer games, table games, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — specific contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

aeb365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion, reclaim bonus funds from a Player's Account, and void any winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines that the Player has: (a) provided false registration information; (b) opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (c) engaged in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or pattern play designed to exploit promotional terms; or (d) violated any other provision of this Agreement.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the aeb365 Platform use independently certified random number generators ("RNG") to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Game results are determined at the moment a wager is placed and cannot be influenced by any action taken after that point.

Sports betting odds on aeb365 are set at the Platform's discretion and may be changed at any time before a market is settled. aeb365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect or manifestly erroneous price. Settlement of sports betting markets will follow the official results declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the ICC for international cricket, and the BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket competitions including BPL.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aeb365 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game, tournament, or market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to facilitate financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aeb365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of aeb365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any aeb365 content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to aeb365 for display on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aeb365 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive financial losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service for any reason including scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (c) any loss of data, unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any actions or content of third-party game providers.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losing wagers is a normal and foreseeable outcome. aeb365 shall bear no responsibility for any financial loss you incur as a result of placing wagers on the Platform. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and only to wager amounts you can afford to lose.

11. Amendments & Termination

aeb365 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, aeb365 will provide at least 7 days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your aeb365 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds and completion of applicable KYC verification. aeb365 may retain records of your account activity as required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
